All prices reflected therein are the suggested retail prices of our vendors, which we honor. Thank you for your interest in our product line. To establish you as one of our retail distributors, we need from you the following information: Your state resale license/permit, your store name and physical address, name of the owner, and the phone, fax numbers and e mail address. The items which we handle in our wholesale division are offered to merchants at a discount, priced in either Lot or Unit Values to account for the mark up which is necessary for retail. The Unit Pricing Value is as follows: The imported/outsourced merchandise, and the Soft Tulle Lace products are offered at a 25% discount up until the $200 minimum retail amount is achieved. The regular lace veils/mantillas/chapel veils are offered at a 30% wholesale discount to you up until $200 retail, as will the laminated holy cards be marked down 30% from their retail price. After the $200.00 retail minimum is met, the wholesale discount for in-house produced merchandise except for the Soft Tulle is 40%. All designs in the Soft Tulle Lace (due to the high cost of the fabric itself) and the out-sourced/imported merchandise are set at a 30% discount. This out-sourced/imported list will include everything except for Halo Works regular lace mantillas and laminated holy cards. Special orders for the holy cards (unlaminated, in bulk) are accepted. Contact Maureen for Lot Value Pricing. We do request prepayment in the form of credit/debit card, or check, cashier's check/money order, for the first order. After that, net 30 is customary on all domestic accts. International accounts and those held in the US Territories must be prepaid with no Net 30 available. Pre-paid orders by check are held 14 days to allow for processing, all other orders are shipped out as soon as possible. Orders of unusually large quantity are subject to a 50% restocking fee if the order is canceled before shipment. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for normal shipments of regular items (though they usually are delivered within 2 weeks), with specialty orders being handled on an individual basis. Special custom orders of merchandise not normally stocked are non refundable, once shipped.
