Halo-Works Gives Back
In our efforts to increase knowledge and appreciation for the
Traditional Latin Mass,
Halo-Works donates 10% of our proceeds every month
to parishes, to enable them to have a
TLM on the Mass schedule.
Currently, our project is helping
Sacred Heart Parish to build a new, larger church
which will accommodate all the families in the parish
without the need for 6 Masses on a weekend,
thereby allowing the pastor there to add the
Traditional Latin Mass
(for which he has already been trained) to the schedule.
Also in keeping with our mission to educate and catechize
is our Halo-Works Troop Support.
All boxes sent to "our chaplains" are sent at our cost,
no matter how much they weigh.
We've been doing this for some years, now, but it occurred to us that maybe you'd like to know, too. :-)

From our original inventory of 1 Chapel Veil design in 1992, we have grown to 28 Chapel Veil Mantilla designs in over 5 colors, Original Crucifixes, Rescued antique 'Relics', Beeswax Candles, Rosaries, Holy Cards, Antique Reproduction Sacramental Certificates... and the list keeps growing. We have done this for the past 18 years while only raising all of the prices one time.
It's your requests which have brought us this far, as we strive to provide our customers with the Ancient Beauty of the Church. But we need your help to keep growing. You can help us with projects like Sacramental Certificates in Spanish, ordering more Soft Tulle Lace from Colombia (in more colors,too!), or spreading special Devotions with Traditional Holy Cards to name a few 'project requests.' Just select a category below, select your payment method, and submit.
Chapel Veil Mantillas: It costs us $9300 to contract for New Lace (custom made for Halo-Works) or Spanish Mantillas. Would you like to sponsor all or part of the cost of new veils?
Holy Cards: It costs us $146 to fund a batch of Antique Reproduction Holy Cards. Would you like to sponsor all or part of a batch of Holy Cards?
Sacramental Certificates: It costs us $268 just to print the certificates, not counting time in the design room. Would you like to sponsor all or part of the costs of the Spanish Sacramental Certificates?
Spreading the Word: It costs us $1260 during the average month to help spread the word about Tradition. Would you like to sponsor us for a month? A week? A day?

Halo-Works is what could be termed a "bare-bones" apostolate. It is our goal to provide traditional items of devotion for a very reasonable cost, affordable to the average, single-income family. Currently we are receiving many requests, from churches and individuals, for special projects such as Antique Reproduction Holy Cards done on glossy card stock, Mantillas in Chocolate Brown, and Sacramental Certificates in Spanish to name a few. We see the need for these items, but after paying for labor and overhead, there is nothing left for new projects. This is why we are asking for your help. Your help will enable us to pay for those items that will, in turn, benefit you.
Help Halo-Works continue the work we have started. Thank you again for helping us to achieve these goals for all of our customers while at the same time keeping prices where they are without having to raise them again.
